Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing times


All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment
of your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


● Shipping method: FedEx Standard or USPS Flat Rate
Shipment cost: VARIES
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
● Shipping method: USPS Flat Rate/FedEx Two Days
Shipment cost: VARIES
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days.
● Shipping methods: USPS Flat Rate/FedEx Standard
Shipment cost: VARIES
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental
United States and will incur an additional charge. This must be arranged prior to You placing an order by contacting us as shown below.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If a Delivery is Lost/Missing in transit, we will alert You that the shipment is delayed, and we will escalate with the Carrier to obtain resolution as to whether the shipment is delayed or lost. This process typically requires 1-3 business days from the date of escalation to resolve. If the shipment is delayed, we will advise you as to the status of the delivery as communicated by the Carrier. If the final determination by the Carrier is that the shipment is lost in their system, we will immediately ship a replacement for your order.


Our Lost/Missing Package Protocol does not allow us to immediately ship a replacement Order until we have resolved with the Delivery carrier of the Initial Order that the package is indeed lost and will not be delivered.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.cryosonicplantlife.club ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and
APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking will be sent once Your
Order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.cryosonicplantlife.club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your Order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).


Damages
www.cryosonicplantlife.club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If
You received your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
